When you are ready to breastfeed simply unwrap one loop of the scarf and drape it over one shoulder.

All Luna + Sun garments are free from hazardous substances, such as toxic dyes, which ensures that our textiles are safe for people and the environment. Whilst all garments undergo a quality check during both the manufacturing stage and prior to dispatch, the lack of chemicals can cause the occasional garment to experience small colour runs or fading in areas where the natural mordant may not have taken to the fabric. Please take care when washing and use an organic or gentle environmentally friendly detergent.

When drying your linen it’s best to use a delicate setting and remove from the dryer when still damp and hang or lay flat to dry. Over drying can make your linen fabric brittle over time so please avoid laying it in the sun for a long period of time.

When ironing your garment it is best to iron when still damp or spray with a little water if dry. Ensure you have your iron set to ‘linen’ and avoid folding and ironing in the same place repeatedly as this can lead to breakage.

When will I receive my parcel?  

Once payment has been made for your order, please allow up to 2 business days for the order to make its way to our courier providers and for a tracking number to be provided.

Approximate delivery time frames:

  • Australia Post Express: 1-3 business days (tracking provided)
  • Standard Domestic Orders Australia wide: 3-7 business days  (tracking provided)

  • Standard International Orders: Usually 5-10 business days but in extreme cases can take up to 21 days (tracking provided)

Once your parcel is passed onto our courier providers, you will receive the tracking details to monitor its progress to you. Returns & Exchanges


At Luna + Sun we are committed to customer satisfaction and we want you to love your Luna + Sun items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchases, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days from delivery.

We offer a full refund or store credit if your clothing is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, so long as the clothing is in the original, unworn condition with tags attached. 

Shipping costs paid with orders are non-refundable in the event of a return. 

For any returns, please email hello@lunaandsun.com within 3 days of receiving your garments and we will send you the details for the return. We will send you the postage label and as soon as the items are received back to us and we confirm it is in it's original, unworn condition we will issue you an exchange / refund. 

Sale & Pre-Order Items

Items that are on sale or on pre-order can only be returned for store credit. These items must also be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery and the clothing must be in the original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please also read our terms and conditions below for more details. 

International Orders

For international orders, you are able return your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at hello@lunaandsun.com with your order number within 3 days after you have received your parcel.  We will then send you the details for your return. Please note as we are a small business, we are unable to offer free returns for International Orders. 

For international returns, you will be required to pay your own shipping costs. Shipping costs paid with orders are non-refundable in the event of a return. 

Terms and Conditions

All garments eligible to be returned must be unworn, with swing tags in place. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant or marks of any kind on the garments. As we are a small business if any items are returned that aren't in a saleable condition we can refuse a refund. Please also return everything that was sent to you in the satchel such as the tote bag. If items are returned more than 14 days after delivery they will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs in your country. Garments purchased on sale are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances except for faulty items. 

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Faulty Items

At Luna + Sun, we take pride in our garments being of the best quality and check and hand pack all items prior to shipping them. If any of your garments are faulty please follow the returns process above and attach a photo of the fault to the email. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.  Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
