Did you know that a polyester shirt, made from fossil fuels, can have more than double the carbon footprint of a cotton shirt? Plants and trees are also important as they absorb CO2 in our atmosphere and by removing trees and destroying habitats we are removing a natural weapon that can help slow the effects of climate change.

“150 million trees are logged every year to be turned into cellulose textiles, like viscose.” (Fashion Revolution)

As a label we try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. We use compostable packaging and carbon neutral shipping through Sendle. We also partner with One Tree Planted, for any tree our customers plant we also plant one tree. Currently together with our customers we have planted 142 trees and we would love to see this number double this year.
